Ondrej Krejcar
Prof. Ondrej Krejcar is the rector and a full professor at Škoda Auto University. He earned his Ph.D. in technical cybernetics at the Technical University of Ostrava and is also affiliated with the Center for Basic and Applied Research at the University of Hradec Králové, Faculty of Informatics and Management. He has held senior academic leadership roles at the University of Hradec Králové and has long been active in national research and innovation programs.
Prof. Krejcar is widely recognized for his scientific influence, high citation impact, and contributions to international peer review. He serves on editorial boards of leading journals and participates in major European research initiatives, including Horizon Europe and multiple COST actions. His work spans technical cybernetics, ubiquitous computing, control systems, smart sensors, wireless technologies, biomedical applications, and image analysis. He has also guided doctoral studies in applied informatics and regularly lectures on smart information system development.

Arvind Panwar is a researcher and academic in the field of Computer Science and Engineering whose interests include blockchain technology, information security, cybersecurity, data analytics, and emerging digital technologies. Dr. Panwar has contributed to scholarly research through journal articles, conference papers, book chapters, patents, and edited volumes. He is actively engaged in research, innovation, and academic collaboration, with work spanning blockchain, artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, and cybersecurity. His activities include mentoring students, supporting interdisciplinary research initiatives, and participating in international academic collaborations. Through his research and educational contributions, he promotes the translation of advanced computing technologies into practical solutions for industry and society.

Umesh Kumar Lilhore is a highly accomplished academician, researcher, and thought leader in the field of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) with over 19 years of experience. He is currently working as a visiting Professor and researcher in university of Lousiana USA. Dr. Lilhore holds a PhD (CSE) and a Postdoctoral degree (CSE) from the University of Louisiana, USA, alongside an MTech in CSE. His career is marked by significant contributions in academic administration, research, teaching, education management, and software development.
Dr. Lilhore has successfully supervised five PhD scholars and mentored over 35 MTech students, fostering the next generation of engineers and researchers. His research achievements are noteworthy, with over 65 Indian patents and 7 UK patents to his name. He has also built a substantial portfolio of over 150 publications in prestigious SCI/Scopus-indexed journals and conferences, underscoring his leadership in advancing the field of CSE.
