Maria Glibetic

Maria Glibetic, Ph.D., is a Research Professor at the Institute for Medical Research, National Institute of the Republic of Serbia, University of Belgrade, Serbia, and the chair of the first Centre of Research Excellence in Nutrition Research and Metabolism in Serbia and the Balkan region. She is the president of the European Food Data Platform, EuroFIR AILSB in Brussels. She holds a leadership position within the Network for Capacity Development (CD) in Easter and Central Europe (CAPNUTRA). In molecular and applied nutrition science, she is a widely recognized researcher, with over 200 scientific publications, a high citation of over 2400, an h-index of 24, and an i10-index of 52. She has been a scientific coordinator for many national and European Commission projects in the last twenty years.
