‘Having already purchased a couple of Porter’s books in the past I knew this would be another ‘must have’… it describes the research process from start to finish in a simple but informative way, with some of Porters humour added in along the way! Easy language is used throughout, so you do not have to read each chapter 3 times before understanding it… I would say this is an essential book to have, especially for any healthcare students, who are learning about, planning or undertaking research.’
