Francesco Visioli

Francesco Visioli is Professor of Human Nutrition at the University of Padova. His research concerns from (poly)phenols to essential fatty acids and ranges from molecular biology to human trials. He is a highly prolific and cited scientist frequently invited to give talks worldwide.
