Her research focuses on big data analytics, the Internet of Things (IoT), and computer networks. Dr. Gayathri holds multiple patents, including granted patents in India and Australia, and serves as a Guest Editor for Recent Patents on Computer Science. She has contributed to the scholarly literature through journal articles, conference papers, book chapters, and edited volumes. In addition, she is an active peer reviewer for several international journals, including Mobile Networks and Applications, Expert Systems with Applications, Sustainable Computing: Informatics and Systems, and the IEEE Internet of Things Journal. Her work spans data-driven technologies and their applications in intelligent and connected systems.

Valentina Emilia Balas is Full Professor in the Department of Automatics and Applied Software, Faculty of Engineering, at Aurel Vlaicu University of Arad, Romania. Her research spans intelligent systems, computational intelligence, applied informatics, and engineering applications.
